How long does shipping take?

ESTIMATED transit times are as follows. Please note that this time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee. 

DOMESTIC (USA):
  • 2-5 business days
INTERNATIONAL:
(Does NOT account for time spent at customs, border inspection facilities, etc):
  • 5-15 business days

Transit times will vary based upon a few different conditions, including but not limited to:
  • Total distance between us and you
  • Whether your parcel is a domestic (USA) or international (everywhere else) shipment

Orders will ship 3-7 business days after you order. This does not include the time spent in transit! 


Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our customer service agents only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.

Where can I find my order and tracking number?

To easily track your order, please refer to the confirmation email that you receive after placing your order. This email will contain important information, including your tracking number. Here's what you need to know:

  1. Confirmation Email: The subject line of the confirmation email will appear as follows: "Subject: A shipment from order #9999 is on the way" (where #9999 represents your unique order number).
  2. Tracking Number Format: In the email, you will find the tracking number, which will be displayed as "Tracking number: 1Z5F44813600X02768". This unique code enables you to track the progress of your shipment.
Please make sure to check your spam folder if you don't initially see the confirmation email in your inbox. If, for any reason, the tracking number is not included in the initial email, it will be provided in a subsequent order status update email from our shipment tracking system.

How can I track my order?

You should receive shipping email updates from us once your parcel is in transit. Additionally, you can enter the order tracking number on our website's order tracking page here.

You can find the order tracking number in the order confirmation email that we sent you.

Why did I only recieve part of my order?

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, which is why it may occasionally be fulfilled by different manufacturers.
