Where can I find my order number?
It’s in your Shopify order confirmation email and usually starts with a #, like #24945.
When will tracking appear?
Tracking is added after your order is fulfilled and a carrier scans the package. Until then, this page shows that your order is confirmed and being prepared.
Why does my order have more than one package?
Items can ship separately. Each package gets its own status, carrier, and tracking link as it moves.
