We custom‑make every piece when you order, so all sales are final except for items that arrive damaged or defective. This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer‑protection laws.
Report a problem within 7 calendar days of delivery (per carrier tracking) by emailing illegalshirts0@gmail.com with:
• Order number
• Description of the defect
• Clear photo(s) of the issue
• Preference: replacement or refund
We’ll respond within two business days. If the claim is approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label (U.S. customers) or reimburse reasonable return shipping (international customers). Replacements ship or refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5‑7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Claims we deem fraudulent, abusive, or outside these terms will be denied. If we can’t resolve your concern, you may escalate to Office of the Indiana Attorney General – Consumer Protection Division.
