Illegal Shirts – Shipping Policy Effective Date: July 23, 2025
We print each item to order and ship worldwide from the United States. This policy explains our processing times, transit‑time estimates, and your responsibilities as the buyer.
Nothing here limits any non‑waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
1. Order Processing & Fulfilment

Processing time: We process all orders within 72 hours (3 business days) of receipt.

Dispatch time: After processing, products are printed/packed and dispatched within 2‑5 business days.
Processing + dispatch are separate from the carrier’s transit time.
2. Estimated Transit Times
(Transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Unexpected carrier delays, customs inspections, weather, or force‑majeure events may extend delivery.)

3. Shipping Methods & Tracking
You will choose an economy or express option and see all costs and estimated transit times at checkout before payment. A tracking number is emailed once your parcel leaves our facility; use it to follow the shipment’s progress.*
4. Risk of Loss & Title
Unless we state otherwise in writing, title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier first scans the package (shipment contract). Once tracking shows “delivered,” we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage. We will, however, help you file a carrier claim where possible.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Fees (International Orders)
You are solely responsible for any customs duties, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or other import charges. We do not collect or reimburse these fees.
6. Address Accuracy & Changes
Double‑check your shipping address at checkout; we cannot change it after purchase.
We are not liable for undelivered or delayed packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. We do not resend or refund orders in such cases (unless a product arrives damaged or defective—see our Defective Item Replacement & Refund Policy).
7. Split Shipments
To speed delivery, items in the same order may ship from different manufacturing partners. Each parcel will have its own tracking link, and combined shipping charges will still apply only once at checkout.
8. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If a domestic package has not arrived 25 calendar days after its estimated delivery date—or an international package 40 calendar days after its estimate—contact us within one (1) week at illegalshirts0@gmail.com. Timely notice qualifies you for a one‑time replacement or refund, subject to investigation.
9. Carrier Inquiries
Our support team sees the same tracking data you do. For real‑time location updates or delivery problems in transit, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
