1. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by HDCX Enterprises LLC DBA Illegal Shirts (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States, age 18 or older. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible. Void where restricted or prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Starts 12:00 AM EST on 11/12/2025 and ends 11:59 PM EST on 12/01/2025.

4. How to Enter

A. Purchase Entry:
Receive one (1) entry for each product purchased at shopillegalshirts.com during the Sweepstakes Period, up to a maximum of three (3) entries per person.

B. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE):
To enter without making a purchase, hand-write your full name, mailing address, date of birth, email address, and phone number on a postcard and mail to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the end of the Sweepstakes Period and received within 5 business days thereafter. Each valid postcard equals one (1) entry.

Limit three (3) total entries per person. Each postcard submitted counts as one (1) entry, up to the three-entry limit.

5. Limit

Limit three (3) total entries per person, regardless of method of entry.

For AMOE entries, each postcard must be mailed separately.

Bulk or mechanically reproduced entries are not permitted.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive $500 USD (delivered via check, bank transfer, or digital payment method).
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500.

No substitution except at Sponsor’s discretion.

7. Winner Selection

Winner will be selected in a random drawing within 7 days after the Sweepstakes Period ends. Odds depend on total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

Winner will be contacted via email or phone and must respond within 72 hours. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and an alternate winner may be selected.

9. Publicity

By entering, winner consents to use of name, likeness, and state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Privacy

Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

Entry information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as needed for prize fulfillment or as required by law.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs integrity. Sponsor is not liable for lost, late, damaged, or misdirected entries.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to winner selection, are final and binding.

12. Taxes

Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. Sponsor may require a completed W-9 form.

13. Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without class action, in a court of competent jurisdiction.
