When it comes to popular anime series like Dragon Ball Z, Naruto, One Punch Man, and Jujutsu Kaisen, the characters are often as iconic as the stories themselves. 10. Light Yagami - Death Note
While not physically powerful, Light Yagami wields the Death Note, a notebook that allows him to kill anyone whose name he writes in it. Arguably this is one of if not the most powerful hax there is. Unfortunately every other character on this list is so ungodly powerful that Light would never have the chance to use the death note.
9. Meruem - Hunter X Hunter
Meruem has incredible strength and speed which are his primary attributes in terms of being able to compete with others on his list. While Nen is easily the best power system in all of anime (Don't even try and argue this) the variety and strength of hax fails to match up to other anime's.

Gojo is one of the most powerful Jujutsu Sorcerers. He's clearly stated as the pinnacle of power in the Jujutsu Kaisen series. He's easily the coolest character in this list, he also has incredibly powerful hax like his domain expansion which if it hits essentially assures victory. He has passive infinity and purple hallow giving him incredible defensive and offensive capabilities.
6. Madara Uchiha - Naruto Shippuden
Madara is the most powerful character in the Naruto verse and he has some of the most powerful hax as well giving him potential to beat some characters ahead of him despite those characters scaling higher. His Limbo technique lets him create clones with virtual full invulnerability which is the main reason I had to put him ahead of Gojo.
